These terms and conditions ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h3>1) General<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>All prices include 21% VAT.<\/li>\n<li>After receipt of payment, your order will be processed.<\/li>\n<li>You will be notified when your order is ready or shipped.<\/li>\n<li>Shipping within the Netherlands is via Mikropakket, always registered and insured. The cost is $15.75 per order. For orders over \u20ac500, shipping within the Netherlands is free.<\/li>\n<li>DHL Express is used for foreign shipments; charges are calculated during the ordering process.<\/li>\n<li>Collection in my studio is possible by appointment.<\/li>\n<li>Orders will be delivered within 30 days at the latest, unless a longer period is agreed upon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h3>2) Delivery times<\/h3>\n<p>Delivery time may vary by item:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Stock (without adjustment):<\/strong> shipping within 7 days after payment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>In stock, but customized to ring size or other size:<\/strong> shipping within 21 days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Full customization (commission or custom collection):<\/strong> shipping within 30 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h2>3) Online purchases (web shop)<\/h2>\n<h3>Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n<p>You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Within this period, you can return the jewellery.<\/p>\n<h3>Exceptions<\/h3>\n<p>The right of withdrawal does not apply to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jewellery made especially for you (customization).<\/li>\n<li>Jewelry from the collection customized to your personal size, such as:\n<ul>\n<li>A ring made larger or smaller,<\/li>\n<li>A necklace that has been lengthened or shortened,<\/li>\n<li>Earrings adjusted to a different length or attachment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Repairs and edits to existing jewelry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Return Procedure<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Report a return in advance at <a href=\"mailto:info@sarahkobak.nl\">info@sarahkobak.nl<\/a> or 06-28610520.<\/li>\n<li>The costs of the return shipment are for your account.<\/li>\n<li>You are responsible for safe return shipping. Damage or loss during shipment is the customer&#8217;s responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>Return the jewellery unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging, registered post with invoice to:<br \/>S. Kobak, Meester Nelissenstraat 33, 7156 MB Beltrum<br \/>(Do not mention words like silversmith, jeweler or jewellery on the packaging).<\/li>\n<li>Within 14 days of cancellation, you will receive a refund of the purchase price including any return shipping costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Sale<\/h3>\n<p>The right of withdrawal of 14 days also applies to webshop purchases in the Sale, except for customization, size adjustments or repairs.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>4) Purchases in the studio<\/h2>\n<p>Purchases made in my studio are not subject to a legal right of withdrawal. Exchanges or credit are only possible by mutual agreement and out of consideration.<\/p>\n<p>For Sale in the studio: no right to exchange or return.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>5) Warranty and quality<\/h2>\n<p>All my jewelry is covered by the legal warranty: the product must meet what you can reasonably expect from it. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, please contact me so we can find an appropriate solution together.<\/p>\n<p>The warranty does not apply to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Normal wear and tear due to use,<\/li>\n<li>damage caused by improper use or maintenance,<\/li>\n<li>discoloration or changes due to contact with cosmetics, detergents or acids.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I provide advice on how to wear and care for your jewellery at the time of purchase. Following this advice is the responsibility of the client.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>6) Customization and payments<\/h2>\n<p>A deposit may be required for custom orders. The remaining amount must be paid before delivery of the jewelry.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>7) Complaints and disputes<\/h2>\n<p>If you are not satisfied, always contact me first. I am happy to work with you to find a solution.<br \/>I am a member of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fgz.nl\"><strong>Federation of Gold and Silver (FGZ)<\/strong><\/a> and at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.degeschillencommissie.nl\"><strong>FGZ Disputes Committee<\/strong><\/a>.
