Remembrance jewellery – memories in a wearable form

Some jewellery carries more than just material. They carry a memory of someone missed, a special time or a story that remains important.

Memory jewellery can help keep that memory close in a way that suits you. Not as a replacement for what was, but as a tangible translation of love, connection and meaning.

What a memory jewellery can be

Memorial jewellery does not have to contain ashes. Often, a design arises precisely from materials, shapes or details that already have personal meaning.

This may include existing gold from a treasured piece of jewellery, a reworked gemstone, or a subtle reference in colour, shape, or symbolism.

Together, we look at what is important to you and what elements may have a place in the design.

When ashes are processed

If you would like to have your ashes disposed of, you can do so safely and sustainably. I work with a fully enclosed space in the jewellery to keep the ashes protected.

I deliberately don’t work with epoxy resin because it can discolour over time and is less durable. Processing ashes is one option and is always secondary to the design and your personal wishes.

A process with attention

Making memory jewellery takes time and attention. That is why I like to take the time to listen to your story and discover together what is important to you.

Sometimes the meaning is in a small detail. A colour, a shape, an existing gemstone or just something recognisable only to you. Step by step, this creates a piece of jewellery that suits your needs and does justice to the memory you want to wear.

A memory that goes with you

The result is jewellery made with care and meant to be worn. Trusted, personal and attentive to what it may mean to you.
