After receipt of payment, your order will be processed. You will receive a message when your order is ready and will be shipped.
When you place an order through my webshop, you can pay differently. You can pay through PayPal or Ideal. When you pick up your order at the studio, you can pay in cash with a PIN or credit card. All prices include 21% VAT.
All orders within the Netherlands will be shipped via Mikropakket. Your order will always be sent by registered and insured mail via Mikropakket.
Orders above €500.- will be shipped free of charge within the Netherlands! For orders, within the Netherlands, under €500.-, €13.75 per order will be charged.
I use DHL Express for all international shipments.
Since the costs per shipment abroad differ per address/country, these costs are calculated precisely as soon as you have filled in the shipping address in the ordering process on my webshop.
Of course, you can also pick up your order in the studio.
4) Delivery times:
Delivery times may vary per item.
- Jewelry that is in stock and does not need to be custom-made will be shipped within 7 days of receipt of payment. I will notify you as soon as I start shipping your order.
- Jewelry that is in stock, but which must be made to your size (enlarge or reduce), have a longer delivery time because they have to be made to measure. These will be sent to you within 21 days. I will notify you as soon as I start shipping your order.
- Jewelery that is ordered and that has to be made entirely according to your wishes and tailor-made (such as jewelery from the Embla collection, except for ready-to-wear pieces), will be shipped within 30 days. I will notify you as soon as I start shipping your order.
If you wish to change or cancel the order, you must do so as soon as possible. You can do this by e-mail ( firstname.lastname@example.org) or telephone (on telephone number 06-28610520). Please note: jewellery that is specially custom made and made for you cannot be cancelled or exchanged. It is only possible to change or cancel your order if it has not yet been sent.
6) Exchange or return:
All my jewellery has been made with great care and attention. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Please note: jewellery made especially for you cannot be cancelled or exchanged. If you are dissatisfied with the jewellery that has been custom-made for you, I would like to hear from you, and I assume we can find a suitable solution together.
Return shipments must be made in advance via email@example.com or 06-28610520.
The costs of the return shipment are always for your account. Send the package by registered mail with the accompanying invoice to: S.Kobak, Meester Nelissenstraat 33, 7156 MB Belrum. (DO NOT include words like goldsmith, jeweller, goldsmith or jewellery in the address or on the packaging!).
You can only exchange or return items purchased on my webshop, which are unworn and undamaged.
You will receive the purchase amount, including the shipping costs, refunded to your account within 30 days after return.
