Terms and conditions – v17 Sarah Kobak Goldsmith 28-5-2024
Welcome to Sarah Kobak Goldsmith. These terms and conditions ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1) Order:
After receipt of payment, your order will be processed. You will receive a message when your order is ready and will be shipped.
2) Pay:
When you order through my webshop, you can pay in several ways, such as PayPal or iDEAL. When you pick up your order at the studio, you can pay by cash, PIN or credit card. All prices include 21% VAT.
3) Shipping:
All orders within the Netherlands will be shipped via Mikropakket. Your order will always be sent by registered and insured mail via Mikropakket.
Orders over €500 will be shipped free of charge within the Netherlands. Orders within the Netherlands under €500 will be charged €13.75 per order.
I use DHL Express for all international shipments. Since the costs per shipment abroad differ per address/country, these costs are calculated precisely as soon as you have filled in the shipping address in the ordering process on my website.
Of course, you can also pick up your order in the studio.
4) Delivery times:
Delivery times may vary per item.
– Jewelry that is in stock and does not require customization will be shipped within seven days upon receipt of payment. I will notify you as soon as I start shipping your order.
– Jewelry that is in stock but must be made to your size (enlarged or reduced) has a longer delivery time because it must be custom-made. These will be sent to you within 21 days. I will notify you as soon as I start shipping your order.
– Jewelry that is ordered and must be made entirely to your specifications and customization (such as the jewellery in the Elevance collection, outside of the ready-to-wear pieces) will be shipped within 30 days. I will notify you as soon as I start shipping your order.
5) Cancel:
If you wish to change or cancel the order, you must do so immediately. Please do so by email(info@sarahkobak.nl) or phone (at 06-28610520). Please note that jewellery made especially for you cannot be cancelled or exchanged. Changing or cancelling your order is only possible if it has not yet been shipped.
6) Exchange or return:
All my jewellery has been made with great care and attention. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Please note that jewellery made especially for you or made to the correct (ring) size cannot be cancelled or exchanged. If you are dissatisfied with the jewellery that has been custom-made for you, I would like to hear from you, and I assume we can find a suitable solution together.
Returns must be notified at info@sarahkobak.nl or by calling 00316-28610520.
The costs of the return shipment are always charged to your account. Send the package by registered mail with the accompanying invoice to S.Kobak, Meester Nelissenstraat 33, 7156 MB Beltrum (do NOT mention words like goldsmith, jeweller, goldsmith or jewellery in the address or on the package!).
You can only exchange or return items purchased on my website that are unworn and undamaged.
You will be refunded the purchase price, including shipping costs, to your account within 30 days of return.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please get in touch with me as soon as possible so we can find a suitable solution together.
7) Summer Sale:
Jewellery purchased during the summer sale cannot be exchanged or returned. Should a (ring) size need to be adjusted, there is a charge for this. This cost is determined by the gold rate and the number of sizes the ring needs to be larger or smaller. For a price estimate, contact Sarah Kobak.
