Aurargent Collection
The Aurargent collection combines the splendour of silver and gold in unique jewellery that brings together comfort, elegance and colour. This collection was born out of my love for contrasting materials and my years of experience working with both precious metals. The name Aurargent is an amalgamation of the Latin words for gold (aurum) and silver (argentum), highlighting the harmony between these two timeless materials.
This ring – Viridior
The image shows Viridior (Latin for: even greener). A special ring from the Aurargent collection subtly combines sterling silver and 14kt yellow gold granules. The ring contains a beautiful square-cut green peridote set in a silver setting case. The silver band has a hammered surface and has been blackened with a surface treatment (blitz stain). This treatment gives the ring a tough and unique character. With wear, the black will gradually wear off, creating a beautiful pattern of silver and blackened silver that only adds character to the ring. Every detail is handcrafted in my studio in Beltrum, making this jewellery unique and eye-catching design.
