Sirius ring with red tourmaline
~ SOLD ~ In early 2022, I went to Inhorgenta in Munich for the first time. Inhorgenta is a large professional fair where they sell gemstones and pearls, among other things. During this buying trip, I came in contact with a company where they were selling the most beautiful tourmalines, and I couldn’t contain myself… I purchased some very beautiful and high-quality tourmalines at the time, and in the fall of 2022, I purchased a new set of 5 beautiful tourmalines from the same company. I have incorporated the five new tourmalines into a new series of rings, and it has also been appropriately named: the Sirius collection. It is named after the brightest star in the sky that can be seen with the naked eye. Like the gemstones in these rings, it is all about clarity and the stunning effect of such a single gemstone.
Contrasts.
What this series of rings is also about is the use of the color of the gemstones, with the way the ring is worked. I love adding texture/texture to the ring’s band, as it has an awful lot of effect on how a ring will look in the end. Pictured is the ring with a trilliant-cut red tourmaline set in a 14K yellow gold ring. The ring features a hammered effect with triangles and is then polished. All parts are handmade in the workshop in Beltrum, and all the details together, make it a striking one-of-a-kind design and piece of jewellery. Materials:
- 14K yellow gold
- Red tourmaline

- 6x6x6mm – 0.60ct
Ring dimensions:
