Gold earrings with tiger eye

Sometimes when I am buying gemstones, my eye is caught by gemstones that I just cannot resist buying. And this exactly what happened with these striking tiger eyes.

Everybody knows them, tiger eye gemstones. Very often, they are cabochon cut (in the form of half a sphere) and set in a ring or a pendant. The tiger eyes in these earrings are called pampel (the teardrop shape). In addition, these have been faceted (flat, polished surfaces have been cut into them). Can you imagine what beautiful effects this creates when they reflect the light?

The ear hooks are made from 14ct yellow gold and decorated with gold granules.
